Culinaria Bistro's Six-Cheese lasagna
Flavorful and DELICIOUS
On February 26th, I stopped by Culinaria Bistro, which is on Piazza Torquato Tasso, 1350124 Firenze, Italy . It was around 1:30pm, and I had hoped I'd missed the lunch crowd. I wasn't expecting a line, but I definitely got one. The line at the door was about five people deep when I walked up and another five people were waiting to be seated, and there was only one person working at the front desk. I had heard the place could get busy, but this was ridiculous… Finally, I was seated and ordered the six-cheese lasagna.
When I sat down to eat the lasagna, I had a feeling the sauce would be plain, it’s what I heard from other friends who ate there. But I saw it was colorful with spices and flavorful. I'm really glad the layers were even and it was topped with a wonderful cheese mixture. The noodles were cooked perfectly and everything was full of flavor. The extra piece of garlic bread made it even more delicious!

Overall, my experience with the Six-Cheese Lasagna was positive. It was flavorful and delicious. Within minutes of eating my meal, I was glad I tried it. The sauce though could have been a little less salty, or maybe it was a cooker problem. I probably won't eat the Six-Cheese Lasagna again since it wasn’t my favorite thing- but it was good and I will try other things on the menu. If anyone has any questions about the Lasagna, or the restaurant , leave a comment to my review and I'll get back to you.
